TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ISHIKI LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ISHIKI LABS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ishiki Labs from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
